 2. My country is not on the list. Can you ship to me?

  If your country is not listed, please check with our customer service and maybe you need to pay extra shipping fee.

3. Why don't you ship to my country?

  The cost of international shipping makes it cost prohibitive to ship to a number of locations. In some cases, our decision not to provide service to an international destination is due to a lack of viable payment methods, high possibility of fraud, or language barriers.

4. How much for shipping?

  We ship our products to locations within the United States and most international locations. Deliver by EMS, DHL or UPS.

5. How long will it take to get to me?

  The time of delivery will depend on your location and Customs inspection. We ship international packages Monday through Friday, and delivery takes approximately 5- 14 business days. Packages to the USA usually arrive in 3-5 days after shipment, and shipments to most of Europe will arrive in less than 2 weeks.

6. Will I have to pay import taxes?

  An import tax may be due when your receive your products. This fee will be paid to DHL or your local delivery service at the time of delivery. We apologize, but we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
